Ryan Golze

Executive Director

Ryan Golze joined the team at Solstice at Santa Rosa in October 2019 as the executive director. Ryan has worked in the senior living industry for 18 years and has experience in independent living, assisted living and memory care in Washington, Oregon and California. Before working in the senior living industry, Ryan worked in real estate and corporate marketing.

Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Washington University. He enjoys working with local nonprofits, attending and supporting the performing arts, and playing the piano. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Ryan helped his grandmother as she transitioned from her own home into assisted living. He appreciates the opportunity to serve seniors, their families and the local community.

Paul Peck

Director of Sales and Marketing

Paul Peck joined the Solstice at Santa Rosa team in December 2019. He graduated from La Roche University in Pittsburgh, Pa., with a master’s degree in human resource management focused on employee and organizational development. He has worked in senior independent living, assisted living and memory care for over 18 years. Paul is active in his church and with the Boy Scouts and also chairs the Catholic Committee on Scouting. He is an avid softball player in the summer and can be seen at the local gym six days a week.

Christina Cruz

Vibrant Life® Director

Christina Cruz is the Vibrant Life® director for Solstice Senior Living at Santa Rosa. She’s been in this role for two months.

Her favorite part about Solstice is being able to work and care for the seniors, calling it a true honor. She says, “Our seniors have given so much and have made it possible for us to enjoy the life we are living now. Being able to support our seniors in finding what brings them each purpose, passion, meaning and joy in their daily lives is honestly the best job one can ever have.”

A fun fact about Christina is that she helped put out fires around the community she previously worked at. She used a small garbage bin to help keep the flames from overtaking a building on fire.

Alexandria Harris

Culinary Services Director

Alexandria Harris was born and raised in Sonoma County; but her passion for cooking started in her great-grandmother’s kitchen in Louisiana, where she helped create delicious Cajun meals.

While going to school in Sacramento at the Art Institute for her culinary degree, Alexandria worked at the Farmhouse Inn Restaurant, a Michelin star-ranked restaurant, throughout college. After graduation, she worked at the Fountaingrove Lodge in Santa Rosa, receiving her initial senior living experience.

She assisted with opening a new American restaurant in Petaluma called the Drawing Board while working at Davis Estates. She took some time off to raise her daughter, but then returned to work at Varenna.

She is thrilled about the opportunity to serve as the Culinary Services director at Solstice at Santa Rosa.
